Returns

Medi-Vet Animal Health wants you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us. We offer trained, skilled, and knowledgeable staff to assist you in the ordering needs for your pets. All orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, please call us at (800) 668-9698, or send an email request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return requests are accepted when received within 30 days of the Invoice date. We hope you understand that our return policies are a simple way of continuing to offer our customers the lowest prices possible.

• Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the
  Invoice date. The initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All returns must have a RMA number. No returns will be excepted without receiving prior return authorization. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the return box and on a note with your name and phone number inside the box. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
• Vaccines and other iced items are non-returnable.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Merchandise must be in an undamaged and re-sellable condition, in its original packaging with no seals broken, and must include all manuals, blank warranty cards, and all the accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our return specialist. Partial and/or damaged returns will not receive a full credit. Items damaged during return shipping will receive partial or no Credit at the discretion of Medi-Vet Animal Health.
  
• Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is the result of our error and the entire order is returned.
• After a return has been processed, if the final invoice falls below the $79 minimum for free or discounted shipping, normal or minimum shipping charges will apply.
• We recommend sending returns by some traceable delivery (tracking or delivery confirmation) and in a secure box. Medi-Vet Animal Health is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for inspection and for our accounting department to review the type of credit being issued.

If an order is cancelled, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. In the event that you decide to cancel your order, please contact (800) 668-9698 as soon as possible. It is not guaranteed that an email cancellation will be read in time to prevent an order from shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain an RMA number once the order has left the warehouse.

Refused And Unclaimed Orders

Should you decide to refuse to accept a package upon delivery, or claim a package upon notice of delivery attempt, credit will be issued for the order less shipping and restocking charges once the order has been returned. Once an order has shipped, it is considered a complete sale. The return will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by our return specialist. Vaccines, syringes, needles and prescription medications cannot be returned.

Damaged Product in Shipment

Report any visible outside damage to delivery carrier, then call us at (800) 668-9698 for instructions. Please do not discard the product or the shipping box.

Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products

Please contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery date with any damages, misshipments or shortages at (800) 668-9698 for instructions in order to receive any replacements or credits to your order.
