Zymox Plus Otic Enzymatic Solution

Zymox Plus Otic Enzymatic Solution with Biofilm Reducing Complex is an advanced formula for the management of resistant otitis externa (ear infection) in dogs and cats caused by harmful microbes that form complex biofilm, including:
  • Pseudomonas
  • Staphylococcus aureus
  • Coagulase-negative staphylococci
  • Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)
Biofilm Reducing Formula works on resistant microbes more quickly and effectively. Zymox Plus Otic features increased potency of the proven antimicrobial LP3 Enzyme System plus four additional enzymes formulated to destroy hard-to-penetrate biofilim slime that protects and hides microbes, breaking the cycle of chronic infection. Ideal for patients suffering from repeated infection or infections that won’t resolve.

Directions for use: Shake well before use. Apply liberally to un-cleaned ear, filling ear canal. Gently massage and work into infected area. Wipe to remove excess. Allow animal to shake head. Use 1x daily for 5- 14 days. Safe for extended use on persistent cases. Contraindicated in cases of ruptured or punctured ear drums.

Important: Do not clean ears before or during treatment. Do not use in conjunction with other topical ear medications or cleaners. Do not allow water in or near ear during use, reapply if water gets in ear. If condition persists or worsens, discontinue use end consult your veterinarian.

Warning: Do not use on punctured ear drums. Do not use on pregnant or lactating females. Keep out of reach of children.
