High Viscosity Hydrogel

Vetericyn VF Plus Antimicrobrial Wound Barrier Gel is a veterinary formula of high-viscosity hydrogel designed to adhere to the wound, allowing the advanced hypochlorous formula to penetrate the tissue bed. Hydrogel is safe to use in sensitive area and is an excellent post-surgical incision and wound care topical. Used by veterinary professionals for moistening and debriding wounds of all types, including burns, pressure sores, abrassions, dermal and mucosal irritations, post-surgical wounds, grafts and donor sites. Moistens and lubricates absorbed wound dressings. The moist environment helps wounds to heal faster. Wound Barrier Hydrogel also relieves the itch and pain from dermal irritations. HydroGel is designed to slowly evaporate.

Directions for Use:
Shake well before each use. Remove excess hair and necrotic tissue from wound area. Necrotic tissue can be softened with hydrogel for easier debridement. Fill wound cavity, cover with bandage material if required. Hydrogel is deigned to adhere to the site while maintaining moisture in the wound to help promote healing. For best result clean affected area with Vetericyn Plus VF Wound and Cleanser prior to applying hydrogel.
