Liquid Wound Dressing
Scarlet Oil Wound Spray is for use as a dressing for simple wounds,
superficial lacerations, wire cuts, burns, surface wounds and abrasions on
horses and mules.
Directions: Clean the affected area,
clipping hair if necessary. Direct spray at the site to be treated. Hold
container 4 to 6 inches from animal. Can also apply freely with a dauber or
gauze to the affected areas. Apply freely as an open wound treatment
or wrap with a clean bandage. Treatment may be applied once or twice daily.
In case of deep or puncture wounds or serious burns or if
redness, irritation, or swelling persists or increases, consult a
veterinarian. Keep away from the eyes or mucous membranes. Avoid
inhaling.
For animal use only.
Keep out of reach of children.
Active Ingredients: Mineral oil, isopropyl alcohol,
methyl salicylate, benzyl alcohol, pine oil, eucalyptus oil,
parachlorometaxylenol, and biebrich scarlet red.
Warning: Not for use on animals intended
for food.
Storage: Store at controlled room
temperature between 15°- 30°C (59°- 86°F). Keep container tightly closed
when not in use.

KEEP AWAY FROM HEAT AND OPEN FLAME.
CAUTION: Use only as directed. Avoid
contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to large areas of
broken skin. In case of deep or puncture wounds or serious burns, consult a
veterinarian. If redness, irritation, or swelling persists or increases,
discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.
