Ovitrol X-Tend Flea & Tick Spot On For Dogs combines Etofenprox (adulticide) with the insect growth regulator (IGR) S-Methoprene making a proven formula against fleas, ticks and mosquitoes.

Etofenprox is classified by the EPA as a non-ester pyrethroid with very low acute mammalian or avian toxicity.
Low toxicity rating, making it ideal for homes with multiple species (dogs, cats) and children.

Active Ingredients: Etofenprox 30.0%, (S)-Methoprene 3.6%, Piperonyl Butoxide 5.0%

Vet-Kem Ovitrol X-Tend Flea & Tick Spot On works by application directly to the dog's skin, not the hair. When applying, use applicator device tip to pus aside dog's hair to allow direct application to the skin. Apply to skin by pressing the circle on the red door of the applicator once at each of two evenly placed spots between the shoulders and the base of the tail.

Although the dog's skin and hair oils will distribute the application over the entire body, brushing the dog 12-24 hours after treatment will help to distribute the material over the skin.

Retreat after 30 days. If retreatment is necessary, do not reapply sooner than 8 days after the initial treatment. Do not retreat more than once per month.

Caution:
Do not use on puppies weighing less than 6 lbs and less than 10 weeks of age. Do not apply more than once every month. Do not use more than one tube per dog. Do no get this product in your dog's eyes or mouth. Do no allow your dog to ingest this product.

Do not spread this product by hand over the dog. Do not bath the dog within 24 hours after product has been applied. households with more than one dog should prevent dogs from grooming each other until solution has dried.

Do not use on cats.
