Features of Key Antioxidants:

Lutein and Zeaxanthin is are carotenoid antioxidants that are necessary for protection of the retina and lens. These powerful antioxidants have been shown to decrease the risk and severity of certain retinal diseases, slow age-related cataract formation in certain models and improve overall immune health. Lutein is oxycarotenoid found in dark leafy vegetables, colored fruits, flowers such as marigolds, and egg yolks. It is readily bioavailable and is very important for retinal and lens health.
Grapeseed Extract is rich in the potent antioxidant proanthocyanidins, which are powerful free radical scavengers, have anti-inflammatory properties and may inhibit formation of certain types of cataracts.
