Manuka Fill Sterile Honey Wound Care Dressing Gel is an all-purpose wound dressing containing 100% active medical-grade Manuka honey that helps maintain a moist wound environment supportive of enhancing wound healing. The high sugar levels result in osmotic pressure which promotes autolytic debridement of necrotic tissue and rapid reduction in wound malodor. Manuka honey contains synergistic factors that yield properties to maintain a balanced, moist wound environment. Gel contains high levels of Methlyglyoxal (MGO) and is standardized for antibacterial efficacy and sterilized for safety.
