orphaned or rejected kittens or those nursing, but needing supplemental
feeding. Also recommended for growing kittens or adult cats that are
stressed and require a source of highly digestible nutrients.

small animals for more than 25 years! Kittens, baby gerbils and baby
wildlife, such as badgers and racoons can benefit from KMR.
KMR

fat, and carbohydrates. It is fortified with essential vitamins and
minerals to keep your kitten growing stronger every day. All

Directions For Feeding KMR to Kittens, Hamsters or Baby Wildlife:
All kittens, baby hamsters and baby wildlife should receive their
mother's milk for at least two days, if possible. This colostrum milk
gives extra nutrition and temporary immunity against some diseases.
Warm
KMR to room or body temperature. Feed kittens, hamsters or baby
wildlife two tablespoons per four oz. of body weight daily. Divide the
daily feeding amount into equal portions for each feeding. Small and/or
weak kittens or hamsters should be fed every three to four hours.
Larger and/or older kittens can do well being fed every eight hours.
The amount required should be increased or decreased to meet the
individual requirements for each animal.
Use of a small nurser
bottle is recommended. The Pet Ag 2 oz. Nurser is suitable for feeding
most kitten or baby hamsters. When they are old enough to lap, begin
offering KMR in a shallow container. During the fourth week, mix KMR
with Pet Ag 2nd Step Weaning Food to allow the baby to gradually switch
to solid food.
Pregnant and Lactating Cats: Feed two tablespoons KMR per five lbs. of body weight daily until two weeks after whelping.
Growing Kittens, Show Cats, and/or Convalescing Cats: Feed 2 tablespoons KMR per five lbs. body weight daily.
