Cold Wrap - Used to help reduce swelling and relieve pain. Use on sprains, strains, bruises, and headaches.
Hot Wrap - Use on sore muscles and joints, stiffness, tension, cramps or as a bed warmer.
Directions:
Cold Pack: Store pack in freezer. Apply cold during the first 48 hours of an injury. Apply directly or wrap in towel.
Hot Pack: Microwave at 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead pack between intervals. May heat in boiling water, once removed from heat source. Apply heat 48 hours after an injury has occurred.
Caution:
Do not microwave nylon bag. Application of pack should not exceed more than 20-30 minutes.
