Feline Rhinotracheitis-Cali-Panleukopenia Vaccine
Focus Cat Vax 3 Vaccine is recommended for the vaccination of healthy cats and kittens 8 weeks of age and older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by Feline Rhinotracheitis (Herpesvirus), Feline Calicivirus (FCV) and Feline Panleukopenia. Cats can be vaccinated at 12 weeks of age. If vaccinated at less than 12 weeks of age, a second vaccination should be administered at 12-16 weeks of age to assure protection. All viruses in this vaccine are a modified live version of the virus.
Directions and Dosage: The dosage is 1 ml injected subcutaneously using aseptic technique. Prepare the vaccine by injecting the diluent into the vial containing the desiccated vaccine cake. Shake well. Withdraw entire contents into the syringe. Subcutaneous administration: Lift the loose skin behind the neck or behind right hind leg and insert needle. Inject entire contents of syringe. Do no inject directly into blood vessel. Vaccine kittens at 8 weeks or age or older. Administer a second 1 ml dose 3-4 weeks later. Annual revaccination is recommended.
Store out of direct sunlight at a temperature between 35°-45°. Do not freeze. Use entire contents once opened. Do not vaccine pregnant cats.
Packaging: Package contains a one dose vial of vaccine, a 1 ml vial of liquid diluent, and one disposable syringe.
