Barrier Topical Solution For Cats

Barrier (imidacloprid + moxidectin) Topical Solution For Cats is a convenient, once-a-month topical solution for the prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis, the treatment and control of flea infestations, as well as the treatment and control of intestinal parasite infections (Hookworms, Roundworms) in cats and kittens that are at least 9 weeks of age and that weigh at least 2 lbs. Barrier For Cats is also indicated for the treatment and control of ear mite (Otodectes cynotis) infestations.

Barrier for Cats is a once-a-month topical solution for ferrets for the prevention of heartworm disease, kills adult fleas, and is indicated for the treatment of flea infestations. Indicated for ferrets that weigh at least 2 lbs.

Dosage and Administration:

As specified in the following table, administer the entire contents of the Barrier Topical for Cats tube that correctly corresponds to the body weight of the Cat.

Barrier For Cats should be administered topically once a month.

Like all topical animal health treatments, Barrier for Cats, is not to be given to pets orally, is not for human use, and should be kept out of the reach of children. Ingestion of this product by cats may cause serious adverse reactions including depression, salivation, dilated pupils, incoordination, panting and generalized muscle tremors. Children should not come in contact with the application sites for two hours after application.
