your order either by telephone (800-668-9698) or online
using our "Printed
Order Form"
where information is sent unencrypted. When you use
the "Order Form", we'll call you for payment information.

Medi-Vet Animal Health holds your information confidential, just as
your own veterinarian does. We understand how
important it is to protect your privacy. We use the
information you provide to process orders and to provide a
more convenient, personalized shopping experience.

we sell, rent or trade your information. Medi-Vet
Animal Health does not send unsolicited e-mail, or
